This year, the Children's Art Fair in the Square—themed Reinvent! Recreate! Reuse!—will feature a variety of art stations with creative activities for kids incorporating natural, found, or recycled items. Activities include ornament-making with shells and recycled jar lids; building pinecone bird feeders; pet rock and leaf rubbing projects; creating crazy hair grass heads; and jewelry-making with shells and beads. Additional features include an appearance by Silly Dilly the Clown and a moon bouncer, as well as snack and drink booths.
Upscale Art and Fine craft show with exceptional artists, live music and entertainment, culinary delights, and spirits.
This festival is part of the Tybee culture and continues to establish higher standards for participation.
New location, bigger prizes and more artists!
South Beach in a magnificent tent! It will be the hub of island activity on festival weekend including painters, jewelers, potters, woodworkers, photographers, and weavers from throughout the Southeast.
Entries will be juried for cash awards on Saturday morning.
No charge to the public.

This year, the public is invited to the Thrift Sale Preview Cocktail Party and Auction, being held October 2nd from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
The Preview Cocktail Party is a gala evening that features pre-sale shopping for items at twice the marked price and live and silent auctions for items such as art, jewelry, designer clothing and gift certificates to top spas, golf courses and restaurants.
A limited number of tickets are available for the Preview Cocktail Party.
Cost is $35 and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
The Annual Thrift Sale is a primary source of funding for the Junior League - All of the proceeds from the sale are returned to the community through Junior League community improvement projects.
"We know people are struggling with the economy right now and this is our way of helping them out. People can come shop and get great things for themselves or others; some may even pick up a few early Christmas gifts," says Carey Fredrich, 2009 Thrift Sale Chair. "We have so many different items - everyone is sure to find something."
