Date:
Fri, 11/06/2009 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Wander through the garden and Museum on a moonlit night, while enjoying refreshments under the tent and live music inside the Museum. As always, the most romantic FREE event in the city.

This year's guest artist will be Philip Neidlinger, playing a theremin which he built himself. The theremin is a rarely-seen early electronic instrument in which the proximity of the player's hands to the vertical and horizontal antennae determines the pitch and volume of the sounds produced. Originally intended to play the classical repertoire, the theremin is capable of great delicacy.
